The Busiest of Times...
Day 331:
It's an interesting time of year, Conor. This is the time of year where the "go" never seems to stop. It's just a constant hustle it seems, always on the move. Much like you in fact! Today wasn't a day out of the ordinary, Son. Another Friday, another work day, another day at daycare for you... Just another day in reality... But what's on the horizon is what's so interesting, Son. Especially taking into consideration spending last weekend in Arkansas with your Pop-Pop and Mimi-Sarah. Yes sir, every weekend in November will be spent in another state...
Tomorrow we head off to Philadelphia to spend some time with friends Lisa and Phil and their son, Andrew. It's Andrew's birthday and so we're popping up to wish him a happy birthday and then enjoy the remainder of the evening with the adults whilst you snooze the night away. And then the fun starts...
The remainder of this week will be in preparation for our annual, though your inaugural, pilgrimage to Beaufort, South Carolina, Boy'O. A time where we'll spend more than a week enjoying family, friends, and fried turkey! Stay tuned for the Thanksgiving Day post, Boy'O. Legendary, epic stuff...
On this trip it will be me, you, Mommy, Mom-Mom, Bruiser, and Mickie! As well as a trailer to tow all our stuff down. The rolling Yerkes family! Have baby, will travel...
That's all for tonight, Son. Your Mom got it in her head that we need to redecorate the house on Friday night. With a glass of wine, that's not so bad...
That's all for tonight, Boy'O. I love you.
-Dad
