A Most Special Day...

Day 80:

Today is a most special day, Conor. Today is Mommy's Birthday! To celebrate, you and I collaborated and decided that maybe it be nice to send her flowers with a card from you telling her how much you loved her... It was a great idea because she loved them! But more than flowers the best part of Mommy's day was your first great big smile! And she caught it on video no less!

That was quite the treat I'll say. As I was sitting in traffic in Vienna my iPhone lit up on a big distro that Mommy sent out to show off your happy and smiling mug. It certainly made my day! And then, after a long day's work you and I decided to take Mommy out to one of her favorite restaurants in the DC area, 2941 Restaurant. We met Aunt Jennifer and Uncle Paul and, as expected, you were a perfect angel. We'll see how long that lasts...

Anyhow, there's not much else to say my Little Lion Heart... It was a big day for Mommy, and you showed up big... Bigger than big. HUGE! To give your Mother the best Birthday present ever... Your smiling face.
